It started with a backyard grill, a family recipe passed down through generations, and an unshakeable belief that wings could be more than just a bar snack. Founder Marcus Cole spent two years perfecting his sauce lineup — balancing heat, sweetness, and depth — before opening the original Wing Snob location on West North Ave in 2015.
Word spread fast. The wingsnob approach — fresh never-frozen wings, house-crafted sauces, and an obsessive attention to crispness — turned first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. Today, Wing Snob is West Chicago's go-to destination for anyone who takes their wings seriously.

The First Location Opens
Marcus Cole opens the original Wing Snob at 200 W North Ave, West Chicago. The first week sells out three times. The wingsnob legend begins.
The Sauce Lab Is Born
We convert our back kitchen into a dedicated sauce development studio. Chef Priya Sharma joins the team and the sauce count grows from 8 to 20 in under a year.
